SHIPPING POLICY

  • After your payment is authorized, verified and processed allow 72 hours for order to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • For next day shipping option, order will be processed and shipped once payment is authorized and verified.
  • To ensure a proper delivery and shipping time frame please verify address is entered fully and correct.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Petit Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that have been stated delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that are confirmed as being delivered by carrier.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not satisfied with purchase please return within 10 days of order being delivered and a online store credit will be issued. (Make sure to specify order number on return slip)
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with product tag attached.
  •  Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order, if they are not reported we will not issue credit.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Sale items can not be returned.
  • We will only exchange an item for a different size, if size requested is not in stock we will issue an online store credit.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days to process online store credit.
